I have been tracking prices on DrameXchange. Dram prices have indeed been going up. On June 13, price of 8Gb DDR4 was $6.39. Today it is $7.33. That is a 15% increase in 6 weeks. However NAND price on Jun 13 was $4.72 and today it's $4.51, down 4.5%. So you need to be more accurate with your statements. Don't forget that the vast majority of MU sales is by contract so realized prices will not track spot.
Also do not follow the DXI as a price indicator for chips as it includes stock prices also. I am very long MU and hope that Sanjay will turn the perception of this stock in the coming quarters. GLTA
