In the fall of 2016 I said this was a sell at 36 cents going to near .14 cents pre-split! Now it's is at 11 cents pre-split! Penny scam. All those insider buys in the last couple of years weee forced promissory notes!! FYI only 5 percent! Yes!! Only 5 percent of drug stocks get FDA approval for U.S, commercial sales ! This is a penny scam . Period! I said this back in Sept 2016!!
