Well, he and those who supported him (redsky7 et al) did very well by the common shareholders to squelch the RS. As you can see from the case of Paragon, the proposed amendment to RS was not just a nicety to give themselves flexibility. They planned to significantly RS asap. What happens to Paragon shares now, I don't know; there is no volume left.
