He's tilting at windmills following a poor investment decision. I wish him luck, but until he files a lawsuit, it's unlikely he'll get anywhere.
Even then, he'd likely lose.

Box is dead money at this point. Negative working capital, no assets for collateral and very little interest in the stock from buyers. It all adds up to no funds to do anything other than wind down.
