I am thinking that IFON net sales will decline significantly in the 3rd and 4th Qs due to the merger. Why? The IFON customers will begin thinking that CoolTech will kill verykool because it has been losing money and CoolTech is not a product company. I think, at the time the merger has taken place IFON net worth could be just $1M-$2M! Then it is just CoolTech with 80-87M shares!
