YEAH CLASSIC> On June 26, 2017, our board of directors, with Craig Frank, our President and Chief Executive Officer abstaining, unanimously approved to pay a bonus of $75,000.00 to Tudog International Consultants, Inc. for work performed by Mr. Frank in his executive capacities with KAYS and in consideration of certain milestones achieved in 2017 with respect to licensing efforts, branding and other aspects of implementation of the KAYS business plan.
