I don't have any legal expertise but it seems to me that the Judge has been willing to extend the decision timeline and give KJ a chance to make a case. Even after KJ failed to meet a submission deadline, the Judge continued the review after examining what KJ did submit.

In my mind, the major factor in convincing the Judge that the company is legit and should be allowed to trade is the evidence of the company's business situation. If he has demonstrated to the Judge that the Cameroon project is for real, then it seems to me the Judge will be inclined to support the company's shareholders and allow the stock to trade.
