Preferred dividends will not get paid unless the company is profitable. They can't file bk because they don't have any real debt. The only viable option is to rebuild by leasing or purchasing a few ships. Then, preferred dividends will get paid once again eventually.

Doing a 1000-1 R/S on a 2.91 mil OS would not have accomplished anything either. Many do believe they have more than a chance. Thus, the stock is still trading. Why do you even bother if you don't believe they have a chance? Believe whatever you want but the stock is till trading. It's a total waste of time replying to you anyway.
