At this time based on what we know and see I would say what I said before, maybe most 'insiders and relations' are already set. I expect the pps to rise next week and maybe even today a larger eod trade.
I think those who know what this stock is about at this time, are loaded up and only are willing to buy more if pps drops. And some might change their mind and will buy more when august 3rd is closing in and they realize pos will not drop further. Also they might gamble on a quick rise and sell the extra shares shortly before thursday.

I still see a lot of signs that could indicate a settlement being announced then.
You can be right but for me it's like 60:40 in favor of a settlement next week.
