Message from Mark Bayliss, founder and former of CTO Cableclix.

In addition to my official resignation, I am using the Investor Hub Cableclix forum to publicly announce my resignation from Cableclix.
I resigned from my position at Cableclix on July 10, 2017. Eighteen days have passed and Caleclix has yet to provide public notification of my resignation by way of a press release or any other method. As the founder and inventor of Cableclix technology, my resignation is pertinent information that should be shared with stockholders and potential investors.
A few of the reasons for my departure from Cableclix are as follows:
1.The original business plan was to offer streaming OTA set-top boxes for public sale more than one year ago. Unfortunately, the CEO, Kris Domich, and the Secretary, Greg Steinke, created an environment that made this impossible to accomplish. Even though I founded the company, I had no say in the direction or the decisions made that affected the company.
2.Over the past eleven months, the company has gone from one driven to produce products and establish our global VPCN network, changing the world of broadcast television, to one more driven to issue press releases instead of products.
3.During the last 11 months, only one press release was provided to me for review. I rejected the information in this release as it misquoted my statements and was not factual. Over my objection, Mr. Domich and Mr. Steinke issued the press release anyway. From that point forward, I was provided no other press releases for my review despite having made it very clear to Mr. Domich and Mr. Steinke on numerous occasions the necessity for me to review every potential press release before its issuance. I believe that many other press releases contained misleading, if not false, information for I demanded retractions and which were never issued.
4.I have been deliberately left out of communications with the Secretary and CEO. My ability to obtain information related to Cableclix has been reduced to Cableclix press releases via google searches.

The above are only a few of my reasons for resigning from Cableclix. As for the future, I feel confident that my ideas for OTA broadcasting and my VPCN concept can change the television industry. Unfortunately, every week that Cableclix delays releasing a product, opportunities diminish. As the largest stockholder, I have an interest in seeing the company succeed. I have been reappointed to the FCC TAC (technology advisory group), and one of the committees of which I am a member is the “Rules for the Future of Television Broadcasting”. I am extremely excited about the new technology and changes coming to OTA broadcasting that will drive the demand for global multicast networks and local replication of these high-quality OTA video streams. Companies like Cableclix have a promising future but must act fast and understand this rapidly changing market space.

What am I going to do now as the largest private stockholder? Time will tell.
