I hope you are right but I think one underestimates the negativity of European revenue and 2023 for ICC completion date. If OM can get approved before 2020, that would be nice. Even if the perception of chemosat viability is currently perceived as okay, okay may fall short of generating interest.

As for management providing clarity on voting, if they can get away with making the process less than easy, they will likely take such a route and in this case I applaud the move
