Out-of-sequence trades will show a "code" when they cross the ticker stream (I forget what letter designation it is), but I didn't see it cross so I can't say for sure. However, given the odd-lot number of shares and the price of those shares so far off the prevailing Bid/Ask, I gotta think it was too.
