My sneaky suspicion tells me that the company wouldn't sign any distribution agreements while litigating a pending ruling of a breached agreement, or no company would want to get engaged while litigation were pending. This is something Haier must know, and if you look this news again, Haier Group don't play around. They bought GE Electric Appliance division. Maybe the rulings are wrapping up in Florida. I'd love to hear more about it.
