One side of me thinks why be sketchy and not let the TA report the current SS. Then I look back at all the filings and realize an otc scam usually does not go through all the trouble of legit filings and dishes out the $$ not to grow as a company.

EXAD has more filings in the last year than more than half of otc combined lol.
