This either ends in no bid or an actual merger happens. Logically no bid is more likely. IMO the best way to go about ORRV is dont own any shares until something legit happens, not tweets. LEGIT. Then buy for the ride. Too much risk at this PPS and the huge red flags that have came from them. Frank Hawley becoming "CEO" was the biggest red flag for me, i sold that day and have just been watching since.
