It appears several folks are today...can't blame them. It's been a really nice run up for the past few weeks.

IMO, that mindset is a little shortsighted though. Excelsior is expecting favorable news about the ADEQ APP permit for Gunnison any time in the first couple of weeks of August. There is no indication that the permit will be denied or delayed at this point. If the permit is granted as expected, that will result in a HUGE derisk of the project and should cause a significant uptick in the trading price and volume. And - no - I don't think permit approval is already factored in to the stock price. MIN's PPS is far below a fair valuation at this stage in the game.
