I don't disagree that there are negotiations ongoing.

I do think that Parsi maybe should have curbed his enthusiasm with the degree to which malls are throwing money at Giggles hand over fist.

Deals take time to negotiate. I can wait for that.

But my question is what is Parsi doing in his spare time?

There should be several LOIs signed by now. Then work out the details later. I have to imagine that they've created a short list of locations and markets they want to enter, in the Northeast and Pacific NW.

My thought process has always been the same. I know people here don't like to hear it but this is really a 3-5 year investment, and to fully max out the potential, closer to 10 years. But, in ten years, will Giggles be a household name on par with Chuck e Cheese?
