Where do you get this 0.30 crazy share price valuation .

That equates to a valuation of HOPTO $2.7 million

Have you looked at the financials.?

The company is insolvent! Its loosing money every quarter, with a massive NOL.

It has a legacy software that is every quarter falling in revenue

And the financials clearly warn that its unlikely to survive with new capital.. And probably will delist!
