Wrong again, definitely a Cheesy Group!!!

The management coming over is from BDCI.

The SS there is 109 Mill in the O/S
The Float is less then 30 Mill (about 10 times less than EXAD)
The number of shares in Street name is 10.130 mill (about 30 less than EXAD)

All they have done is reduce the SS not increase it.

When the stock ran to $.68 based on assumptions posted here they would have dumped stock and they didn't.

That proves they are not dumping shares pain and SIMPLE...........
