Both govtrac and congressional site are updated to show the bill referred to house for vote. I would hope a simple, bipartisan straightforward bill like this that has the home support of its senators would pass quickly. We'll see.

In other news, it appears some new group is asking the Duluth city council to again try to refer this matter to an admin law judge to again stall the process. The enviro's know they are going to lose.

Copper continuing to break resistance. Lawsuits on verge of dismissal. HR 3115 on verge of going to presidents desk. Not only NE MN needs this, but the entire country needs this.
