yeah, just another attempt to dump toxic shares and keep the funds coming in.
The FINRA complaint had me in hysterics.

Hard to believe there are still folks that fall for this crap.

When you think "there can't be that many people falling for this", remember the Bernie Madoff story and recall that over $50 BILLION of smart money fell for a great story.
