I just dont know why they just dont start ramping it up. Got to be some technical issue with the stock. Makes me think they will abandon it and try to get some other ticker. Ive seen that before. but they did get new fins out recently. Every month its the next month... No one even wants to bid .20 on a ultra low float which is crazy.
