Read the 10Q. Also read the PR where he "rapes" drnk investors by selling off all of Imbutek's assets to SNNC of which he is also the CEO. I'd say that is enrichment. Of course those other assets have no value other than for pumping reasons. The 1st 10q showed almost no revenue from any of them. So he get's 40+million shares for Imbutek, and skips town on DRNK. When was his last DRNK tweet. Sounds like he and Schadel comparing notes.
