This is the first time I 've invested in a lawsuit...totally...100% LAWSUIT.

When things were working for Greenshift, the earth dropped away with a court imposed loss of patent protection.. I lost several $!00.000 at the stroke of a pen.

Now KK is clawing back some of his loss( and some of mine).

spoke with Fidelity today and they stick to their policy of refusing to trade in stocks that are out of compliance reporting-wise.

Can't argue with them really. They're like the Rock o Gibraltar.. they're also pretty bureaucratic at times. This is one of those times.

I'm likely to transfer funds from Fidelity to one of those who offer trades in GERS. It's a real gamble, but a chance to recover some bucks after a very bad experience.
