I think you are being unduly pessimistic about the USA market - even if there is a rollback of Federal programs, there are still 50 States (and thousands of communities) that can establish their own programs in excess of Federal minimums, funded by State and local tax revenues. There's no politician anywhere in the country who doesn't support clean water - the problem is not with the concept, nor with the regulations ... the problem is paying for it.

In my opinion, the chances of our actually making (real) money in the Indian market are less than 1 in 100. Even large corporations, with an established global infrastructure, struggle in India.

<< Well OCLN might as well move out of the USA market (which there is no more) and move its offices to India where the issue of cleaning water is of high GOVT priority. >>
