We all know how 95% of RS's turn out on the otc.

ie: stock opens at .06 and pops to .085 then slowly sells down on low volume to .04 then pops to .05 then low volume walk down to .025 and shareholders complain their brokers still havent received their new shares and arent eligible to trade it. Then BIG NEWS!!!! , stock doubles from .025 to .05 or even .06/sh meanwhile most everyone needs .10 just to be at breakeven.

You all know this is how this usually works.
