I know I've responded to this before, but I'll respond again, because I have a question for you Bababooyah...

What ever happened to all those contracts after approval?

Contracts will come when they come. Takes time with all of the organizations involved, as I'm sure you know. When Noreen says "in the coming weeks", we all know that doesn't mean anything. They've likely manipulated the market before, in my opinion, so makes sense she would do it again.
