Some brokers still aren't providing quotes for CHITD, so people with those brokers can't buy (although every broker should be fine by the end of today). Many current shareholders won't be able to trade for 1-5 business days. My broker was fast this time, as I already have my shares transferred from CHIT to CHITD.
