I am fairly certain that there has been a modest amount of dilution since November 2016; approximately a 40% increase which is really nothing compared to past R/Ss and I suspect most occurred late last year.

I view this as positive in that the people holding these newly minted shares have NOT dumped them and could have for a tidy profit; for a much greater profit than with past R/Ss in which dumping occurred with almost reckless abandon. IF this holding and not dumping is based on information (public or otherwise) about the value of these shares at the conclusion of the litigation (settlement or adjudication), continuance of the appeal and abandonment of settlement negotiations may not generate a catastrophic drop in the PPS. Sure some GERSlander will lose patience and look for a life-boat, and some decimal-dust entrepreneurs will attempt to time this to increase their position at no cost, but the folks holding the majority of the shares will continue to do so.
