The judgement was already made. The judge is not making a new decision. It's an "administrative" hearing to revoke DBMM.

The company went dark. You won't hear from them again, nor will you see any fin's. Fin's are a waste of time and money at this point (anyway). Compliance violators ALWAYS get revoked !!! 100% of the time!!


Do they have to file FINs before 28th or before final judgement or it doesnt influence the judgement?
