I don't believe in the "fake wall" scenario. I've seen it stated on too many stocks with giant os and it simply an old wives tale. There may be a few flippers that have shares on the ask that will get taken down when 2's start getting smashed but overall the "fake wall" statement is just traders myth. If anything this seems small for the os of this stock.
