Sold in the $23.15-23.25 levels (don't think it will break $24 resistance on this earnings report). I was very disappointed with today's earnings although they beat their adjusted earnings guidance by .02 they missed revs as well, I expected them to beat their revenue guidance. keeping their guidance the same with favorable outcomes on exchange rates and steel prices that they didn't expect is almost like a guide down in a sense. Sales were down y/y which was not great as well. Now I lower my pe down to 7, gives us fv of around $25, now that I no longer think they will make $3.75-4.00. so decided to take profits on this one. off to the next, as this one had some minor issues, hence I lower the pe target, hence fv is now not that far away. as I always say you never know with earnings. Time will tell. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.

---All above is just my humble opinion.
And I could always be wrong.
And as always do your own DD.---
