It must be someone in the company , maybe even that consulting firm they hired a while back? They where paid in shares, maybe they are keeping the PPS from rising?


Maybe a buyer is lined up to sell this company cheap. lol. This should be worth .50 cents/share



The prior CFO has a lot of shares, he may be the one dumping.
