We are allowed to call a CEO a POS, right? What if the CEO were to post on a message board? Do those rules change?

So what if we find that the guy who is financing a company is a POS? Can we say so?

Ok, now the really important question.... What if we find out that the guy who is financing the conmpany - an 8% shareholder, is best friends and former employee of someone who 5 times a day posts negative untrue crap on a message board? Can we call him a POS? Can we at least make the connection because it directly affects the stock?

As this is a grey area - he has strong ties to the company and seems to want to keep the price down for whatever reason, I would think he would be fair game. But since he posts, does that give him special cover?
