So we STILL have people expecting an approval every quarter despite the fact that that has not happened since Nasrat suggested that frequency.

So far there has been an ANDA every single quarter.
The common detractor thinking on this board is that the FDA will stall
Elite forever. Doubt it will happen like that.

Remember that drug Jerry signed Elite to develop from the customer?
Elite would get exclusive rights to market and sell in the US?
Yeah, that one.

That ANDA may already be submitted. Not a big one, but it is big if Elite is an exclusive provider.

Elite has been smart staying quiet in my opinion.
Hoping to squeeze as much juice from this orange as possible.........
