I'm just going to assume they didn't open the S3 for no reason..... not that that means there's not still money to be made here, but I'd be cautious and make smart choices if you see the share price rise significantly in short order. Seems like they always run these things up significantly right before dilution. But the longer term implications are still very viable for this company. It could be trading 100's of dollars a share or bought out for a large premium in the not too distant future. This drug is potentially very valuable.
