The two ways to reduce the OS are a RS and a share buyback. The share buyback requires buying back shares that were converted at dirt cheap prices at current market prices - a HUGE loss of money, on the order of 4000%. An RS is almost free - filing fees, etc. All CEO's say 'no RS' because if they said anything else, they would be in violation of SEC rules.
I'm invested, and don't know which way they will go to reduce the OS, but they will HAVE to do it in order to get the stock price out of the dumps. But I am encouraged that they are headed the right direction, which is good enough for now. I have a few mil shares, so if they don't RS and do make it to Nasdaq, that would be better than $10 Mil. Content to wait.
