Hedge funds would be subject to the same rules as any other institutional or individual holder. They would only be required to report any activity if they established a 5% or greater position (or executed another transaction after they owned 5% or more of PTX). There is also some lag time in this reporting. Anything under 5% need not be reported.

Just track institutional holdings reports, and 13-Gs on Edgar, for the best data on this. However, don't expect real time data or anything close to that.

If I could afford to buy all of them, I would not need to buy any of them and I sure wouldn't be spending time on the message boards!
