I believe that address is just a mail drop address. He has several businesses, past and present, that have that same address. He is NOT going to sell those cars at that address. In that neighborhood, those cars wouldn't last long.

He is going to have to display those cars somewhere, and it won't be cheap. I hope he has some big financial backing. Maybe he'll sell them one car at a time at his home. Who knows?
