I used to work in the same office as Viper Networks. They provided VOIP services to a number of clients. I messed around with their tech guy on some hardware VOIP devices.

The CEO you mention, Farid Shouekani, seems like a nice enough guy. Not sure how much more there is to say about it. They changed offices because of the consolidation and focus to LED.
