This SCAM did so many R/S that I stopped counting. They even did 3 R/S in 2014 and they have been sucking money from investors ever since. They have a big red STOP sign for no filing, no news since 2014, 6 R/S in 4 years, 50,000,000,000 A/S, diluted billions of shares, no more ships, toxic note holders, etc. If this is not a SCAM, then what does a company have to do to be called a SCAM.
