It is almost certain that this is LRS exercising the first of 3 buy warrants. 5.3 percent of the issued shares or outstanding...hoping for issued. Which for a good quick estimate off the top of my head is 350 to 380 million shares at .0003. Their next point they can buy 5.3 percent of the same structure...is 0025. Not sure what other explanation there is. They are going to confirm their commitment now that the initial install is complete and of course would invest in their own investment before letting it be known. Gonna be a fun one !
