No, a realized loss is when you sell low. You have unrealized losses right now. You can spin it however you want. The fact is that I had over 20k in BMIX stock and now I have 1k. That is a loss. You can put a spin on words all you want but I simply don't have 20k anymore, no matter how you look at it.

And this isn't losses like the stock is down and it just needs to come back a little bit. No, this is dilution. I would need to have the stock do a 20x to break even...but the market cap isn't much lower because it is dilution.

And just like it was said in January...the RS comes first, then further dilution..and that is what has happened and that is what is still happening.
