Sooo t2t2, in a way, Tangiers "owns" Bob. That is, he "works" for them, not SVTE. His real job is to trade shares for cash. The more shares, the merrier for Bob.

Debt of 150k, mostly held by tangiers, if (with rebate etc) converted at 0.00005 would require 3.2B shares to be issued again. Right now Tangiers already sits on ~100M shares, not knowing how to proceed. If they start to get their money back no matter at which pps, then its over for SVTE other than after a RS.
