I don't have any problems with a company trying to sell products via MLM, school programs (no matter how unhealthy they are) or even auction teacher techniques. It's when the same company uses false advertising, secret associations, poor to non existent corporate support, covert internal corporation dealings, unknown or impossible to find addresses, false corp addresses... etc, that it becomes a problem.
