There are no more than six trading days left to get your lottery tickets.

Maybe we will see a filing for continuing the stay (which the Court does NOT have to honor; at any time, based on their discretion, they can say "enough is enough"). Maybe we will see a filing stating that the parties have jointly resolved all issues and the request for appeal is withdrawn. Maybe will we find a filing requesting removal of the stay and continuance of the appeal.

Each of these will have an immediate and very different impact on the PPS. But one thing is certain, there will be a filing "No later than August 3, 2017", this is NOT optional the Court has ordered it.

Which of the three will be filed any day now? Heck if I know (although I do have my bets placed). You place your money on your bets and take your chances. But one thing seems almost certain; there will be movement in the PPS. Status quo after that filing is very unlikely. Judging by the movement of GERS in past weeks this equity appears very thin and if that is the case, the movement (in either direction) could be quite rapid.

That could translate into a buying opportunity for those who believe that the PPS is going to fall before it advances (if ever). It could also mean that those who are watching for confirmation that something good is really going to happen after all these years of horrible news/performance before buying in will have to work hard to chase the PPS to get their shares.
