But... what if the share price rose to, I don't know, let me just throw out a fairly realistic number, say $100 per share based on the Moffat news PR we are all expecting in the next [insert optimistic time frame here] (or whenever, doesn't really matter, does it? we just know it's gonna happen)?

Couldn't NNVC then issue more shares? At $100 or $200 per share, the dilution would be minimal and the day would be saved.
