It wouldn't surprise me if they went for another one in a year. Each of the past 3 has been applied for in the spring. This is a trend being read from facts. Thus one could speculate that shareholders are safe from another split for an entire year.

Of course, some others like to speculate that CHIT does a reverse split every day of the year.
