Entyerprising Investor makes sense imo. On the effective date, the common shares get cancelled, warrants are issued on a pro-rata basis.
My question is simple: if you sell your position before the effective date, do you still get CODI?
Just trying to navigate this carefully.
Enterprising Investor in post # 2446 seems to indicate the answer is "no". If you are not a unit holder on the effective date, how would you get impacted by CODI?
