That is debateable, however I know what you are referring to.

My initial post was in response to someone who asked why an Exec would sell his shares at 5 cents.

Obviously I would think that the 81,000 shares sold were probably going to be subjected to one of the higher rates of CODI in accordance with their purchase date.
